take a girl to a beer pong tourny/party on "first date"?
Cheap set good for the road. Please try again later. OK, I'm approaching 40 and am an old man now. Still, when we have summer bbqs, I bust these out and the boys and girls gather around to relive our most fun days - these cups are sheer genius. Some people may not like that as they actually enjoy the luck aspect of gaps between cups. These cups are perfect for me. Faster, better games - so you can play more of them in the same amount of time. Just wish they had these cups when I was still a young man in college!
I have used these cups A LOT!
I have used them tailgating at 7 home games, beer pong tournaments, and normal house parties. Needless to say, I have reused them several times with no issues. I just pop them in the dish washer top rack after use and then they are ready for the next event. I was originally skeptical about a few things: I decided to take a chance on the Kickstarter process, and I am glad I did! As stated before, re-usability is definitely not an issue To my surprise, these cups actually make the game a little more challenging!
In my opinion, this is great and requires more accurate shots! It does take a bit of getting use to just 2 or 3 games , but the feedback I have received from friends have been all positive after a few games under their belt. I would definitely buy again I have not tried the balls yet I still have other balls left over from before my purchase that I have been using , so I cannot give you my opinion on these other than they look and feel like a good, standard ball. If you like beer pong and games in general, you will love this set!
Everything advertised is true. No spaces in between cups mean more cups per game as well as more shots made, The bottom cup design prevents the cups from sliding. The box the game comes in is also reusable for an easy travel option. Even comes with a rules card for those novice players. One bonus not noted is the Hex Pong balls themselves are very high quality and more sturdy than your average pong balls bounce able too. These guys should sell their balls separate lol. Durable enough to survive some parties, although i don't suggest you put beer in the cups, play with water drink on side..
Cups aren't necessarily easier to make based on my speculation but the design you can make on re-racks are worth it, plus drunk girls at the party are so mind blown by them. This is the perfect addition to any beer pong table the only sad part is that my wife threw it out after just one use thinking they were disposable cups. Be sure to make your wife aware not to throw these away. Being that they "lock" together means they are Being that they "lock" together means they are a little more stable when set up.
The cups are also a heavier plastic which should make them last a long time.

I have used the same set on our beer pong table 4 times. We just wash them thoroughly and they are still holding up like new. One person found this helpful. The cups were an instant hit! I opened them up in front of everyone and they all instantly wanted to play a game with them. The game felt way better with these cups. Everyone was really excited to play their first game on this set of cups.
Beer Pong Rules – House/Party Rules
If you get balls back after making 2 in a row, it is still considered your turn and you may not get a rack. If requested, Last cup may always be pulled back and centered. You may have heard the expression Guys Finger, Bitches Blow during a rule summary at the beginning of a game. Blowing is when the ball is spinning inside of a cup and it is blown out by the defending team. If not specifically called at the beginning of the game, neither fingering nor blowing count. This is due to the cheapness of the rule and the easiness of a player to blow out the ball, even after it has come into contact with the beer.
At any time in the game, a player may ask for the cups to be fixed. This is not to get confused with racking. This is simply putting the cups back to where they would have been had they not slid or been knocked out of position. Getting a beer pong rack helps keep things in good order. If this cup is made by the opposing team, the game is automatically over and the team to sink the bitch cup is victorious. If the cup is still on the table and not in a hand and both balls land inside, it is 3 worth cups 2 additional chose by defending team.
This is most common if players shoot at the same time or if the defending team is not paying attention. After shooting if the ball rolls back to the shooter without hitting the floor you may also grab it mid-air , they can shoot it again behind the back. The shot counts as one cup if made. This rule has many different aliases, but the concept is the same.

Each player once per game can call a specific cup if it is not touching any other cup singled out due to surrounding cups being hit, not from the cup sliding away from the other cups on a wet table. If the called cup is hit, the defending team pulls the hit cup along with an additional cup of their choosing.
If the shooter calls a specific cup and hits another, the ball is pulled out and the unintentionally hit cup remains on the table. After the last cup is hit each player from the losing team has a chance to hit the remaining cups.
